No Refund Policy

All payments made for the following are non-refundable:

• Online Video Editing Classes
• One-on-One Training Programs
• Live Workshops & Webinars
• Recorded Courses
• Digital Products
• Presets, Plugins, Templates, LUTs, Motion Graphics Packs, and other downloadable resources
• Memberships and Subscription Plans

Once a payment has been successfully processed, no refund, cancellation, or chargeback request will be accepted, regardless of:

• Change of mind
• Personal reasons
• Lack of time
• Scheduling conflicts
• Technical limitations on the customer’s side
• Failure to attend live classes
• Partial course completion
• Dissatisfaction after accessing course materials or digital products

Batch Extension (Online Classes)

If you are unable to attend your online classes due to a genuine reason, EZEdit may, at its sole discretion, allow you to join a future batch. This is subject to availability and approval.

Please note that:

• Batch extension is a goodwill service and is not guaranteed.
• Granting a batch extension does not make the purchase eligible for a refund.
• A batch can only be extended as per EZEdit’s policies and scheduling availability.

Digital Product Delivery

All digital products are considered delivered once:

• The download link is provided,
• Access is granted,
• The product is sent via email, website, or any digital platform.

After delivery, the purchase is final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds will only be considered if required by applicable law or if EZEdit is unable to provide the purchased service due to reasons solely attributable to EZEdit.
